Weekly Livestream

Restorative Yoga

for perimenopause and menopause

Wednesday at 7:45 pm EST
(Time Zone Converter)
Session Fee $10

You are invited to join a growing community that loves moments of quiet respite and seeks inner wisdom. Stressors and a busy lifestyle can already take a toll on our physical, mental, and emotional bodies - there’s overwhelm, anxiety, stiffness, annoyance, and stress. During hormonal change and beyond, restorative yoga practice invites you to be calm and quiet and listen inwardly. With consistent practice, you will become more balanced and relaxed. Restorative yoga encourages us to let go of everything - if only for an hour.

From the outside, it may look like participants are resting or sleeping. Although there’s very little physical movement in restorative yoga classes, remarkable internal work occurs. Restorative yoga has lasting effects with regular practice, increasing physical, mental, and emotional health.

A Spotify Playlist to accompany the class can be found here.
